Shipping: 

All purchases are processed and shipped out within 1-3 days of your order. You will receive an email notifying you when your purchase has been shipped. All orders are shipped through USPS and UPS.

Lost & Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged in transit please email us at hello@ohindy.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package could not be located, we will reship your items. If the items are no longer available we will refund you for your order with your original form of payment. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before a claim can be opened for the missing package.

Stolen Packages:

Oh Indy is not responsible for any stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

Delayed Delivery:

Oh Indy is not responsible if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please contact the customer service numbers directly if your items are not delivered on time.

Returns:

All returns must be postmarked within 3 weeks (21 days) of date received. Only store credit will be given to returned items. We want you to be satisfied with our products and we do our best to provide you with styles you'll love. With new arrivals posted to the site weekly, we're confident you will find something new to feel great in! 

The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees of the returned item. The shipping fees from orders are nonrefundable. Once your return is received to us and processed, you will be issued a credit for the approved return. This does NOT include shipping cost. Unacceptable items will be shipped back to you at your own expense. 

 

Exchanges:

All exchanges must be postmarked within 3 weeks (21 days) of date received. We cannot guarantee size exchanges or hold items. If you need a different size we will check our inventory and if available, it will ship out as soon as your approved return is received. If inventory requested size is unavailable, you will be issued a gift card once approved item is received. Unacceptable items will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION with the original tag attached. We do not accept damaged, worn, or washed items. Final sale items such as jewelry, body suits, swim, etc. cannot be returned for hygienic purposes. Unacceptable items will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
