Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

We currently ship through USPS and UPS. Standard Shipping transit times are estimated by the carrier and may vary.

Expedited Requests:
At checkout, we offer standard shipping. If you need your order expedited or shipped overnight, please email us at hello@ohindy.com before placing your order to confirm availability and additional costs.

 

Package Delays:

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier. Oh Indy is not responsible if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier customer service numbers directly with your tracking number for updates:

Lost & Stolen Packages:

Once your order has shipped and in the hands of our shipping partners, Oh Indy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, you will need to contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Store credit or replacements cannot be issued by Oh Indy once a package is marked as delivered.

USPS: Lost package claims are typically eligible after 15 days with no tracking updates.

UPS: Claims are eligible after 24 hours with no tracking updates.

We’ll provide tracking details and help guide you in contacting the carrier, but final resolution must come directly through USPS or UPS.


Returns:

All returns must be postmarked within 1 week (7 days) of date received. You can start a return in our return portal here. We want you to be satisfied with our products and we do our best to provide you with styles you'll love. With new arrivals posted to the site frequently, we're confident you will find something new to feel great in! 

Select $1.98 Return Protection at checkout for free and easy returns guaranteed. If Return Protection is not enabled, return labels are still able to be purchased separately through the portal. The shipping fees from orders are nonrefundable. Once your return is received to us and processed, you will be issued a credit for the approved return. This does NOT include shipping cost. Unacceptable items will be shipped back to you at your own expense.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery.

  • Every return request must be approved through the portal before sending items back. Returns shipped without approval will not be accepted.

  • Once approved, items must be shipped back within 4 days using the provided label.

  • All approved returns are issued as store credit only in the form of a gift card.

  • All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION with all original tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of excessive pet or human hair, smoke odor, or makeup marks

  • Final Sale: For hygienic reasons, jewelry, bodysuits, leggings, or swimwear cannot be returned. Shoes, Warehouse Clean Out, Indy Deals, and any product marked with a Final Sale badge on our site cannot be returned.

  • Unacceptable items will be denied and shipped back at the customer’s expense.

 

Exchanges:

All exchanges must be initiated through our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery. We cannot guarantee size exchanges or hold items. If you need a different size, the portal will check our inventory and if available, it will ship out as soon as your approved return is received. If inventory requested size is unavailable, you will be issued a gift card once approved item is received. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION with all original tags attached. Unacceptable items will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
